ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਲੱਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਲਗਭਗ 700 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ 100 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੀ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਕਰ ਚੁਕੇ ਫੇਜ਼-1 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਰੁਦਰਾਕਸ਼ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਓਵਰਸੀਜ਼ ਸਲਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਰਿਖੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਮੇਤ ਅਸਲ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਰਿਖੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਹਲ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਐਸਐਸਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਰਿਖੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਰਿਖੀ, ਧਰੁਵ ਰਿਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਿਖੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਨੇਹਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ 180 ਬਿਆਨ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖਰੀਆਂ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਿਖੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਾ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਆਦਿ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
