ਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਕੋਟਾ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀ ਨੇ ₹2 ਕਰੋੜ 70 ਲੱਖ ਦੀ ਠੱਗੀ ਅਤੇ ₹200 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਰਿਵੈਨਿਊ ਘਾਟੇ ਦਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਦੋਸ਼ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 6 ਦਸੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਲੱਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੈਂਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀ ਨਰੇਸ਼ ਗੋਯਲ ਨੇ ਕੋਟਾ ਦੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਵਿਜੇ ’ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ। ਗੋਯਲ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫ੍ਰੈਂਚਾਈਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ’ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਪਰ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਨ ਤਾਂ ਤਹਿਆ ਰਿਵੈਨਿਊ ਆ ਸਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਢੰਗ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੋਟਾ—ਜਿਸਨੂੰ NEET ਅਤੇ JEE ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ “ਮੱਕਾ” ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ—ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫ੍ਰੈਂਚਾਈਜ਼ੀ ਘਪਲੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਗੋਯਲ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਕੋਟਾ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ੍ਰੈਂਚਾਈਜ਼ੀ ਅਲਾਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਲਿਮਿਟੇਡ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਵਿਜੇ ਖੁਦ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਆਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ 2025 ਤੋਂ 2027 ਤੱਕ ਲਗਭਗ ₹200 ਕਰੋੜ ਰਿਵੈਨਿਊ ਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਮਾਨ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਫਾਰਮਲ ਐਗਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਇਸਦੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਨਿਕਲੀ। ਗੋਯ...
