ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਡਾਵਾਂਡੋਲ, ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੱਖ਼ਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 31 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਤਨਾਵ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ 1158 ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਜੁਆਇਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਦੀ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਕੁੱਲ ਪੰਜ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਵੀਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਕਲੋਡ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਾਲਜ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਾਇਆ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਪੀੜਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗੁਜਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਸਯੁੰਕਤ ਫਰੰਟ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ 4 ਫਰਵਰੀ ...

CM never presented Punjab's case to NITI Aayog, so no hope for Punjab in upcoming budget : Bajwa  Chandigarh 31January ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) :  Ahead of the Union Budget 2025-26, the Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Punjab Assembly, Partap Singh Bajwa, on Friday, rebuked the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for failing to present Punjab's case in the NITI Aayog meetings. "Economic issues and economic disputes between states and Union government are discussed in the NITI Aayog meetings in the presence of the Prime Minister, Union Finance Minister, and Reserve Bank Governor. ਗਮਾਡਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਡਿਫਾਲਟਰ, ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦਾ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਵੱਲ ਪੰਜ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 30 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਲਈ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ) ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਲ 2013-14 ਤੋਂ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਡਿਫਾਲਟਰ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੰਗੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ) ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਵੱਲ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਕਰੀਬ ਛੇ ਕਰੋੜ ਬਕਾਇਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਨਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਮਾਉ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 8 ਵਿਚ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਵੱਲ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੰਜ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹਨ।ਜਦ ਕਿ ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 11 ਵਿਚ ਕਮਾਂਡੋ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵੱਲ 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 10 ਵਿਚ ਕਿਰਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 3 ਲੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 5 ਵਿਚ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਬਰਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਢਾਈ ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 3-ਏ ਵਿਚ ਪੀ ਡਬਲਯੂ ਡੀ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੇ 3 ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਟੈਕਸ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦ ਕਿ ਸੈਕਟਰ 69 ਵਿਚ ਲੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤੇ ਕਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 2 ਲੱਖ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ...
