The 10 km ride started from Motherhood Chaitanya, Sector 44, and concluded at Sukhna Lake, after being flagged off by former IMA president and Medical Director, Dr. Neeraj Kumar, along with Dr. Poonam Garg.  Over 100 women participated, showcasing that staying active and prioritising one’s health is essential for a healthy pregnancy and healthy babies.
