The session was conducted by the DPS School Counsellor, Richa Bhardwaj, with the aim of promoting awareness, healthy practices, and open conversations surrounding menstrual health and hygiene.The session focused on breaking myths and taboos associated with menstruation while educating students about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene, adopting healthy habits, proper nutrition, and understanding the physical and emotional changes experienced during menstrual cycles.
