Around 7–8 months ago, pipeline work was carried out on this road, after which the road was filled back, but proper restoration and repair have still not been completed. Sewerage Line Tender Issued for Hallomajra Chandigarh 8 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has taken an important step towards resolving the long-pending sewerage problem in Hallomajra, Ward No. 20, particularly near Kheda Mandir. The Municipal Corporation has re-invited tenders for laying and installation of a 10-inch I/D SW pipeline, construction of manholes, and other related works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹12,65,997, with a stipulated completion period of two months.
