ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਛੱਡੇਗੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ : ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਕਿਹਾ, 191 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ 'ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ’ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਕੈਂਡਲ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 18 ਅਗਸਤ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਨੂੰ 15,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਮੋਟਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਫਰਮ ਨੂੰ 191.16 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮੋਟੀ 'ਦਲਾਲੀ' ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਤੋਰਨ ਦੇ ਤੁਗਲਕੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ‘ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ’ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸ੍ਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਵਿਚ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੋਹਰਾ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ, ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਕਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਨਾਫਾ ਕਮਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਰਹੀ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਅੱਜ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਕਾਮੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੈਂਟੀਲੇਟਰ 'ਤੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 8000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਹੇਠ ਦੱਬੀ ਇਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਸਿਰ 15,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਪਹਾੜ ਜਿੱਡਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਮੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਦੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ।" ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਬਾਂਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਭ...
