Modi did nothing for Punjab except electoral visits : Warring Tells him, politics of polarisation will not work in Punjab Chandigarh 17 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done nothing for Punjab during his twelve year tenure except for the periodical lip service during his electoral visits to the state. Reacting to Prime Minister’s visit to the state, Warring noted, it is more than obvious that he is here with an eye on the ensuing elections to the state assembly.
