ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਹੋਰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਬਣਨ ਨਾਲ ‘ਆਪ’ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ : ਵੜਿੰਗ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 19 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਗਤ ਜੋਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਸੋਧ ਬਿੱਲ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਹਿਬਲ ਕਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਦੇਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਲੇਕਿਨ ਹੁਣ ਜਦ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ‘ਆਪ’ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਲਗਭਗ 9 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ, ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਨੀਅਤ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਹੁਣ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

Chandigarh MP Manish Tewari dedicates animal ambulance to public service ‘Rs.15.50 lakh grant provided from MP quota’ Chandigarh 19 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Chandigarh Member of Parliament and former Union Minister Manish Tewari has taken an important step for animal welfare by dedicating an animal ambulance to public service. The ambulance was purchased using a grant of Rs. 15.50 lakh from his MP quota. Through this service, injured, sick and abandoned animals will be able to receive timely medical assistance. Addressing the gathering, Tewari said that the ambulance will play a crucial role in providing prompt medical care to animals in need, thereby increasing their chances of recovery. “The ambulance is equipped with facilities such as IV drip support, first-aid medicines, and drinking water for animals’, said the MP.
