ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਤੋਂ ਸਤਾਏ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੁੰਭੜਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਰਨਗੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਤੇ  ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਨੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਭੇਜੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਰੱਦ ਤਾਂ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮੀ 4:00 ਵਜੇ ਗਰੇਸ਼ੀਅਨ ਚੌਂਕ 'ਚ ਫੂਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਪਾਵਰਕਾਮ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਤਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਵੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਸੂਚਿਤ, ਪਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਏ ਟਸ ਤੋਂ ਮਸ : ਕੁੰਭੜਾ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 12 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀ ਵੱਧ ਲੱਗਕੇ ਆਏ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੁੰਭੜਾ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਾਫੀ ਰੌਲਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹਵਾ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਲਦ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਬੀਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਲੱਗ ਕੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਮੀਟਰ ਰੀਡਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਬਿਲ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸਿਰਫ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਇਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਸੇਜ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਹਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਰ ਫਰੰਟ ਤੇ ਫੇਲ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਪਾਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਬਿਲ ਭੇਜਣਾ ਇਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਲਾਇਕੀ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੈ।  ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾ...

Symbolic Gorilla Delivers Strong Anti-Drug Message 200 youths launch ‘Chardi Kala Punjab – Drug-Free Punjab’ campaign in Chandigarh Chandigarh 12 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) :: The Vicky Middukhera Foundation on Saturday launched its month-long statewide awareness campaign, ‘Chardi Kala Punjab – Drug-Free Punjab’, from Sector 17, Chandigarh. Around 200 youths and foundation members participated. A street play highlighted the devastating impact of drug abuse, followed by a one-kilometre awareness march carrying the message, ‘Say No to Drugs.’ The foundation said the campaign will reach cities, villages, schools, colleges, panchayats and religious institutions across Punjab. It also urged the Punjab Government to introduce a ‘Punjab Recovery Card’ to ensure continued medical follow-up, counselling, family support and rehabilitation after treatment, along with employment and skill-development opportunities for recovering addicts.

Reserve Bank of India organises annual cultural evening to honor services of ITBP security personnel Chandigarh 12 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : An annual cultural evening was organized by the Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh on Friday with the aim of honoring and appreciating the services of the security personnel of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) deployed for security of its premises. The program was presided over by Vivek Srivastava, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, States of Haryana, Punjab and the Union Territory of Chandigarh. Ashwani Kumar Dogra, Inspector General, Western Command, ITBP was present as the Chief Guest at the event. NZCC to hold 'Kavi Goshti' to commemorate Hindi Diwas Chandigarh 12 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC), Patiala, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, will organise a 'Kavi Goshti' to commemorate Hindi Diwas on September 14 at Kalagram, Chandigarh. Eminent Hindi poets of repute from across the Tricity will participate in the 'Goshti' and recite their poetic compositions.
