ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਦਬੰਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿਹਾ: ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਨੁਪਾਤਕ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਉੱਪਰ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਰਾਖਵਾਂਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ-ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਫੇਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ‘ਤੇ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ  ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ 10 ਸੰਦੇਹਜਨਕ “ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ” ਗਿਣਵਾਈਆਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 20 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਦਬੰਦੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਨੁਪਾਤਕ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਦਕਿ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਰਾਖਵਾਂਕਰਨ ਬਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਇਸਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪੱਖ ‘ਤੇ ਮੜ੍ਹਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਫੇਰੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਤੰਜ ਕੱਸਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ‘ਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ “ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ” ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਭਵਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਨੂ...

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਰੀਬ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਖ਼ਲੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ, ਏਡੀਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਐਕਟ 2009 ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁੰਬੜਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡੀਸੀ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 20 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁੰਬੜਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਡੀਸੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਗੈਰਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਡੀਸੀ ਮੈਡਮ ਗੀਤਿਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਸਸੀ ਵਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਐਕਟ, ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਫਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੁੰਬੜਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ 97 ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਰੀਬ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਖ਼ਲੇ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਕਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਖ਼ਲੇ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਮਿਆਦ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਕੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵ...

CRAWFED Opposes Proposed B&B Policy for Residential Areas in Chandigarh Chandigarh 20 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A meeting of members of CRAWFED was convened by the Director Tourism, Chandigarh Administration, at the UT Guest House on Monday to deliberate on the draft policy for proposed Bed & Breakfast (B&B) accommodations in residential houses aimed at promoting tourism in the city. The meeting was attended by Hitesh Puri, Chairman of CRAWFED, along with key office bearers including Rajat Malhotra, Rajesh Rai, Joginder Singh, Dharampal, Ajay Kumar, Amandeep Singh, Amritpal Singh and Sushil Malhotra.
