IMTECH celebrates Van Mahotsav 2026 with Plantation Drive Chandigarh 10 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : CSIR–Institute of Microbial Technology (CSIR-IMTECH), Chandigarh, today celebrated Van Mahotsav 2026 in its Sector 39A campus by organizing a plantation drive in collaboration with the Department of Forest & Wildlife, Chandigarh Administration, reaffirming its commitment to environmental sustainability and ecological conservation. The plantation drive was led by Dr. Alka Rao, Director, CSIR-IMTECH, along with Dr. Sachin Raut, In-charge, Horticulture division. The program witnessed the active participation of scientists, technical and administrative staff of CSIR-IMTECH, along with research scholars.
