Warring said residents were enduring hours-long outages despite extreme heat, with children, senior citizens and patients among those worst affected. ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੱਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ, 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਹੋਇਆ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 27 ਜੁਲਾਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗ ਰਹੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੱਟਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗਰਮੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੱਚੇ, ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਬੇਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਤੋ ਘਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੰਬੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੱਟ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ...
