CM responsible for not securing relaxation in moisture norms of wheat due to which farmers are suffering : Sukhbir S Badal. (Visits Khanna grain market, interacts with farmers) Khanna 16 April ( PDL ) : Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal today said chief minister Bhagwant Mann was directly responsible for not securing relaxation in moisture content for farmers of Punjab due to which their wheat crop was not being procured. The SAD president, who visited Asia’s largest grain market here, said “it is shocking that the chief minister only woke up from his slumber after both Haryana and Rajasthan secured relaxation in moisture content norms after applying for the same immediately”. He said the State government had only applied for relaxation in the norms recently due to which the farmers were suffering. ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਲਈ ਨਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿਚ ਛੋਟ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ, ਇਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ : ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਖੰਨਾ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਦੌਰਾ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਖੰਨਾ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਪੀ ਡੀ ਐਲ ) : ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਵਿਚ ਨਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿਚ ਛੋਟ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਥੇ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਗੂੜੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਗੇ ਹਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਨਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿਚ ਛੋਟ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਛੋਟ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਲ ’ਤੇ ਛੱਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਸਲਮੇਰ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਿਤਾਰਾ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿਚ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਣਾ ...

ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਣਕ ਵੇਚ ਸਕਣਗੇ? : ਵੜਿੰਗ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਆਰੋਪ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ : ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੀ, ਲੇਕਿਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਗੋਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ : ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਖਰੀਦ  ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ : ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਵੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਸੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਣਕ ਵੇਚ ਸਕਣਗੇ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਖਰੀਦ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਖਰੀਦ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਹਿਚਕਿਚਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਛਿਪੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਭ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਤੋਂ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਖਰੀਦ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਬਹਾਨਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਣਕ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਤੋਂ ਕਤਰਾਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਲਈ ਖਰੀਦਦਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ। ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੇਮੌਸਮੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨ...

Perfect 100 & more: PhysicsWallah students record success at CBSE Class 10 Board examinations 2026  Chandigarh 16 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Thursday marked a day of celebration for education company PhysicsWallah (PW) as several of its students emerged as high scorers in the CBSE Class 10 Examinations 2026, amongst whom were students who scored a perfect 100 per cent. Among the top performers were Vaibhav Arora from Fazilka, Punjab, Amolik Pandita from Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Ayusman Mohapatra from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, who scored 100 per cent marks, securing top rank in the country.  Furthermore, PW Vidyapeeth, the tech-enabled offline centres of PhysicsWallah, hosted a felicitation ceremony in Chandigarh. For the first time in the history of the Secretariat, employees from Directorates and regional offices participated in large numbers.
