ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਮੰਗਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸੀਪੀਡੀਐਲ ਦੇ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਧਰਨਾ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 21 ਜੁਲਾਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੀਪੀਡੀਐਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਮੰਗਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਖਾਸ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ, 22 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2026 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਸੀਪੀਡੀਐਲ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਢਾਈ ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਰੱਕੀਆਂ, ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਰੋਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ, ਸਮਾਂਬੱਧ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਸਕੇਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਏਸੀਪੀ ਲਈ ਸਰਕੂਲਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ, ਪਾਰਟ-ਟਾਈਮ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੂੰ ਫੁੱਲ-ਟਾਈਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਣ, ਅਤੇ ਵਰਦੀਆਂ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਭੱਤੇ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਉਪਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਨਕੋਟ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।  ਸੋਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਡੀਸੀ ਦਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ, ਏਪੀਏਆਰ ਫਾਈਲਿੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ, ਫੀਲਡ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਭੱਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜੋਖਮ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਭੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕ...
