ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਬੀਜ ਬਿੱਲ ਦਾ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਸ ਬਿੱਲ ’ਤੇ ਮੋਹਰ ਲਗਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ : ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ  ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 11 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੁਗਤਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਅਸਲ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ।ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਬੀਜ ਬਿੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਿੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਮੁੜ ਬੀਜ ਬਿੱਲ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮਲਟੀਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਬਿੱਲ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਬੀਜ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਣਕ ਆਦਿ, ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜੇ ਬੀਜਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਵਧੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਬੀਜ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਰਤਣਾ ਵੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਮਲਟੀਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੀਜ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਬੀਜ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਜਾਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸ...
