Symbiotic opportunism : Warring on Phoolka joining BJP Chandigarh 01 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today described HS Phoolka joining the BJP as “symbiotic opportunism” of both, which will not have any impact on Punjab beyond the day’s headlines. “This also reflects on the extreme desperation of the BJP to induct people from outside to contest elections in Punjab”, Warring said in a statement here today.
