Jain community organises grand event on World Namokar Day Jain principles are extremely useful for a healthy and peaceful life  Gulab Chand Kataria Chandigarh 09 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On the occasion of World Namokar Day today, Jain communities across the world organized programs with devotion and reverence. In this context, the JITO Chandigarh Chapter organized a grand event at the Punjab Lok Bhavan, attended by approximately 800 Jain devotees from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, and surrounding areas. Chairman Lokesh Jain addressed the gathering on behalf of JITO Chandigarh. The Digambar Jain community was led by Muni Shri Pratik Sagar Ji Maharaj. After the morning abhishekam and daily rituals, Muni Shri departed for Raj Bhavan on foot with hundreds of disciples.
