In a statement, Warring disclosed that a large part of Punjab, particularly the Malwa belt had been hit by heavy rains and heavy hailstorm, which has not only flattened the ripe wheat crop, but completely destroyed it. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੂੰ SOS ਅਪੀਲ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਕਿਹਾ, ਹੜ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਵੀ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 06 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਬੇਮੌਸਮੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਗੜਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਗੜੇਮਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪੱਕੀ ਹੋਈ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਇਸ ਕਦਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫਸਲ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਾਰੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਵਰਤਣ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਆਈ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਹੜ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਹੜਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲ...
