Chandigarh 14 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today questioned the timing of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls in Punjab when the state was headed for the assembly elections less than ten months from now.
