Demand for justice by giving memorandum to Deputy Commissioners in the name of Union Home Minister : Wadala Chandigarh 14 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Shiromani Akali Dal (Punar Surjit) Secretary General Gurpartap Singh Wadala informed through a press statement that today, five Panthic organizations have jointly given a memorandum to the Union Home Minister in the name of the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts of Punjab, demanding the formation of a Truth Commission to conduct an impartial investigation into the events that took place in Punjab from 1980 to 1995.
