ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ-88 ਦੇ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਦਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾੜੀ ਹਾਲਤ, ਆਖਿਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਕੌਣ? : ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਉੱਭਾ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ  23 ਜੂਨ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰਬਰ 41 ਦੀ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ-88 ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ GMADA ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਦਹਾਲ ਸਥਿਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾੜੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰੋਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਫੈਲੀ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਥਾਂ-ਥਾਂ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਢੇਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਡੰਪਿੰਗ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਰਗੇ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਪੂਰੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨੇਟਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਸ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਠੋਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ GMADA ਦੇ ਹਾਰਟੀਕਲਚਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ SDO ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪੰਕਜ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਫੋਨ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁ...
