Congress Holds Major Protest Outside SSP Office Under Balbir Sidhu’s Leadership, Demands Justice for Gulzar Singh and Action Against Drugs Memorandum submitted to SSP Mohali seeking action against Aam Aadmi Party Minister Harpal Cheema S.A.S.Nagar 24 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A massive protest was held outside the SSP Office in Mohali by the District Congress Committee, Mohali, demanding justice in the case of Gulzar Singh, who had raised his voice against the growing menace of drugs in Punjab. The protest was led by senior Congress leader and former Health Minister S. Balbir Singh Sidhu. On the occasion, Balbir Singh Sidhu said that the issue of drugs in Punjab cannot be confined merely to government advertisements, slogans and political campaigns. He said that it is the responsibility of the government and administration to listen to young people and ordinary citizens who are raising their voice against drugs and to ensure their safety. ਗੁਲਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ’ਚ SSP ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਧਰਨਾ SSP ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਚੀਮਾ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਮੰਗ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਦਫ਼ਤਰ, ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੁਲਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ, ਨਾਅਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ’ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਦੇ ਪਿ...

National meeting of All India State Government Employees Federation held in Srinagar Employees from all over the country will participate in the Delhi rally on December 12 Chandigarh 24 September ( Ranjeet singh Dhaliwal ) : The Central Committee meeting of the All India State Government Employees Federation, representing the employee organizations working in different provinces of the country, was held in Srinagar on September 12 and 13. About 26 employee organizations from 18 provinces of the country participated in this meeting. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼ ਪਨਬਸ/ਪੀ.ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਵਰਕਰਜ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ 25/11 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨਾਲ ਅਗਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 30-9-2026 ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਹਿ ਹੋਈ  ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼ ਪਨਬਸ/ਪੀ.ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਵਰਕਰਜ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ 25/11 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ,ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸਟੇਟ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਗਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਤਹਿ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 2026 ਬਿੱਲ ਤੇ ਗਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੀ.ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਚੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਲੀਅਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਕਰ ਦੀ ਜੁਆਇਨਿੰਗ ਹੈ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਚੈੱਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਰਕਰਾ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਘੱਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਮੁਲਾਜਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਤੇ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਬ ਵੱਲੋ 3 ਸਾਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੋਲਸੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਅਪਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ...
