ਲੰਬਿਤ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕਨਵੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸੰਪੰਨ  10 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਮੁਸ਼ਤ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਉਠਾਈ ਗਈ 5 ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਰੈਲੀ  ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 7 ਜੁਲਾਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਮੋਰਚਾ, ਯੂ.ਟੀ. ਅਤੇ ਐਮ.ਸੀ. ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਭਖਨਾ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕਨਵੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਕਨਵੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਕਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ 'ਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਦਾਸੀਨ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ, ਠੇਕਾ, ਆਊਟਸੋਰਸ, ਦਿਹਾੜੀਦਾਰ, ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਕਈ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਪਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਨਵੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੇਵਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਦਿਹਾੜੀਦਾਰ, ਠੇਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਮੁਸ਼ਤ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰਨ, ਆਊਟਸੋਰਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ GeM ਪੋਰ...
