ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਭਾਰਤ–ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ, ਡੇਅਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ : ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ–ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਸ਼ਬਦੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ, ਡੇਅਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਘਟ ਰਹੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਲਈ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣਾ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਘਟਾਏਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਤੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਹਕੀਕਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਾਇਦਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਰਗੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ। ਡੇਅਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੜਾ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡੇਅਰੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਆਮਦਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਵਪਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ...
