Four-day ‘Ragini Utsav’ begins with vibrant performances Melodious strains of Haryanvi folk music echo at Kalagram Street play on ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ marks the opening Chandigarh 12 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A four-day mega “Ragini Utsav–2026” commenced on a colourful note today at Kalagram in Chandigarh. The festival is being organised by the North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC) under the Ministry of Culture. The chief guest on the occasion was Senior Deputy Mayor Jasmanpreet Singh. The event began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The opening was followed by a street play presented by Chandigarh’s Samvad Theatre Group on the theme “Swachhta Pakhwada,” based on the Central Government’s Swachh Bharat Mission initiative. ਕਲਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਰਾਗਨੀ ਤੇ ਸਾਂਗ ਉਤਸਵ’ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 1 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਉੱਤਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਸਾਂਸਕ੍ਰਿਤਿਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ (ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ, ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਰਾਗਨੀ ਉਤਸਵ’ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਲਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ, ਮਨੀਮਾਜਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਾਂਸਕ੍ਰਿਤਿਕ ਮਹੋਤਸਵ 12 ਤੋਂ 15 ਮਾਰਚ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:00 ਵਜੇ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 19 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ‘ਸਾਂਗ ਉਤਸਵ’ ਵੀ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਤਸਵ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਧਨੀ ਲੋਕ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਗਨੀ ਗਾਇਕੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ। ਰਾਗਨੀ ਉਤਸਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ 12 ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਰਾਗਨੀ ਦਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਲਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸਾਂਗ ਉਤਸਵ ਵਿੱਚ 8 ਸਾਂਗ ਦਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਐਨਜ਼ੈੱਡਸੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਫੁਰਕਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਤਸਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਨਵੀਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਕਲਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਚ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
