ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦ ਤੇ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਹੁਣ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗਾ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਰਾਖੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਭੰਡਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸੋਰਸਿੰਗ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਉਤਪਾਦ ਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 18 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਣਕ-ਝੋਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਚੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਖਾਣ-ਪੀਣ ਦੀ ਅਮੀਰ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਡ ਫੂਡ, ਨਵੇਂ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਰਾਖੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਭੰਡਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੈਫੈਕਸ ਇੰਡੀਆ 2026 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਹੀ। ਰਾਖੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਭੰਡਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ “ਸੁਆਦ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ। ਹੁਣ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਫੋਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਤੱਕ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੈਫ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਸਪਿਟੈਲਿਟੀ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸੋਰਸਿੰਗ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਉਤਪਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੇ।”  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ, ਫੂਡ ਉਦਮੀਆਂ, ਸ਼ੈਫ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਸਪਿਟੈਲਿਟੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਚ ’ਤੇ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ‘ਫਾਰਮ ਟੂ ਫੋਰਕ’ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਲ ਰੂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ...

Three-Day Holistic Health and Integrated Amrita Meditation Programme Organised Across Six Chandigarh Colleges Chandigarh 12 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A three-day programme on “Holistic Health & Integrated Amrita Meditation” was organised from September 9 to 11, 2026, across six government colleges of Chandigarh under the supervision of the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Chandigarh, in collaboration with the Youth Empowerment Group of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala.
