ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ 1750 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ 134 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਫੀਸ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਤਕਰਾ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ : ਕੁਲਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 1 ਜੂਨ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਇੰਡੀਪੈਂਡੈਂਟ ਸਕੂਲਜ਼ ਅਲਾਇੰਸ (NISA) ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੁਲਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ 2015 ਤੋਂ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਫੀਸ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਨਿਯਮ 134-ਏ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 12(1)(c), ਚਿਰਾਗ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫਤ ਦਾਖਲਾ, ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸਕੂਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੀਮਤ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ, EPF, ESI, ਇਮਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ, ਆਵਾਜਾਈ, ਬਿਜਲੀ, ਪਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਖਰਚੇ ਸਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੁਲਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ 2014-15 ਤੋਂ 134A ਸਕੀਮ ਅਧੀਨ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ, ਵਿਆਜ ਸਮੇਤ, ਅਤੇ RTE ਐਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਅ...
