Implementation of the Women’s Reservation Bill will lead to a more inclusive and egalitarian society : Monika Bhardwaj Chandigarh 17 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The National Hindu Shakti Sangathan (RHSS), Chandigarh, has strongly supported the bill introduced under the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, which provides 33% reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. RHSS President Monika Bhardwaj termed it a historic law and said that it is a major step towards ensuring gender equality in politics and promoting women-led development. She further stated that currently, women’s representation in the Lok Sabha is around 15%, which will increase to 33% after the implementation of this law.
