Cycle Rally Organised in Panchkula under Saksham 2025–26 “Conserve Oil & Gas, Go Green” Panchkula 8 February ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : With the objective of spreading public awareness about the growing need for conservation of petroleum products, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) are organising Saksham 2025–26 (Sanrakshan Kshamta Mahotsav) from February 1 to February 15, 2026. As part of this initiative, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) organised a cycle rally today at Sector-5, Panchkula.
