ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ Legal Notice ਭੇਜਿਆ, 7 ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ  ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 9 ਦਸੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਡਾ. ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਸੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਵੇਚੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਰ ਹੋਈ। ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ, ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੱਤ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਨਵਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਾਲੇ ਬ੍ਰੀਫਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਖਲਬਲੀ ਮਚਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੱਕ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਾਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਚਲ ਮਚ ਗਈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ, ਬਾਜਵਾ, ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਵੇਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ...

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂੰਜੀਗਤ ਖਰਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਹੈ : ਤਰੁਣ ਚੁੱਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਆਰਥਿਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ' ਵਰਗੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ : ਚੁੱਘ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 2 ਦਸੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਤਰੁਣ ਚੁੱਘ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਘਟ ਰਹੇ ਪੂੰਜੀਗਤ ਖਰਚ 'ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਫੜਾ-ਦਫੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਚੁੱਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਲ 2025-26 ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਛਿਮਾਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੂੰਜੀਗਤ ਖਰਚ 36% ਘੱਟ ਕੇ ਸਿਰਫ 1,760 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਬਜਟ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ 17% ਖਰਚ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਿਰਫ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਅਹੁਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਗੈਂਗ ਤਿੱਕੜੀ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਚੁੱਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੂੰਜੀ ਖਰਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਖਤਰੇ ਦੀ ਘੰਟੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧੂਰੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਰੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ, ਘੱਟ ਰਹੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਾੜਾ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਵ...

ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਲਾਠੀ ਤੰਤਰ ਦਾ ਨੰਗਾ ਨਾਚ — ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ : ਤਰੁਣ ਚੁੱਘ “ਜਬਰ, ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ… ਕੀ ਇਹੀ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਸੀ? ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਤਾਨਾਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਹੇਗਾ” ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 29 ਨਵੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) :  ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼–ਪਨਬੱਸ ਕਾਮਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਾਠੀਚਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਤਰੁਣ ਚੁੱਘ ਨੇ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਧੜੱਕ ਕਟਿਹਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਅਣਘੜੇ ਜਬਰ ਦਾ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। “ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਵੀ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰੇ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਲਾਠੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ"। ਚੁੱਘ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ‘ਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼ ਕਾਮੇ ਕੋਈ ਗੁੰਡੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਰੋਟੀ ਲਈ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਡੰਡੇ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਇਕ ਤਾਨਾਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਚੁਣੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਚੁੱਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਰੇਕ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕੋ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ “ਹੱਕ ਮੰਗੋਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਲਾਠੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ"। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਟ...
