ਖਰੜ ’ਚ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਮੌਕਾਂ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਪ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ’ਹਰਾ ਪੈਨ’ ਵਰਤਣ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ’ਤੇ ਚੁਟਕੀ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਤੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ (ਬਿਭਵ ਤੇ ਰਾਜਬੀਰ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਕੌਮੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ) ਨੂੰ ਇਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ/ਖਰੜ 10 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਖੌਤੀ ’ਹਰੇ ਪੈਨ’ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਲੁੱਟ ਤੇ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਧੂਰੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿਚ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਨਿਗਲਣ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਚਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਬਦਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਇਥੇ ਖਰੜ ਦੇ ਹਲਕਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੇੜਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਹਲਕੇ ਦਾ ਬਹੁ ਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਗਾਓਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਊ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਰੇਸ ...
