Important Meeting of Haryana PWD Contractors on June 18; Pending Demands and Key Issues to be Discussed Chandigarh 17 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The All Haryana PWD Contractors Association will hold its General Body Meeting (GBM) on June 18 at 11:30 AM at the Convention Hall, Ground Floor, Nirman Sadan, Sector 33-A, Chandigarh. Subsequently, at 1:00 PM, the office-bearers of the association will announce their future course of action and strategy at the same venue. Haryana PWD Contractors Association Submits Memorandum to Chief Minister, Warns of Work Suspension from June 15 Chandigarh 8 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Haryana PWD Contractors Association today held a meeting at Nirman Sadan and submitted a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister, highlighting the severe financial challenges being faced by contractors due to the steep rise in construction costs, particularly the prices of bitumen and other petroleum products. The Association demanded a special economic and strategic relief package to offset the losses incurred by contractors. Honda India Foundation deploys 312 emergency response vehicles across all 23 districts of Haryana Gurugram 1 June ( PDL ) : Honda India Foundation (HIF) today handed over 312 Emergency Response Vehicles (ERV) to Haryana Police, covering all 23 districts of the state. This programme is one of the largest single-deployment CSR mobility initiatives for a state police force in India. The handover was carried out in collaboration with the Government of Haryana. HRERA Orders Civil Imprisonment of TDI Infrastructure Directors in Execution Case Panchkula 21 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In a significant order, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula has directed civil imprisonment of directors of TDI Infrastructure Limited in an execution matter arising out of Complaint No. 2950 of 2019 filed by Narender Kumar. The order was passed by HRERA Member Chander Shekhar in Execution No. 1208 of 2024 after the Authority observed repeated non-compliance of its earlier directions by the judgment debtor company and its directors. Advocate Akshat Mittal said that The Authority noted that despite issuance of show-cause notices under Order XXI Rule 41(3) CPC and several opportunities granted, the directors neither filed personal replies nor complied with the execution order. Governor of Haryana Urges Citizens to Use Self-Enumeration Facility for Census 2027 Chandigarh 11 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Director, Census and Civil Registration (Haryana), Ministry of Home Affairs, today paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Governor of Haryana, Prof. Asim Kumar Ghosh, at Raj Bhavan, Chandigarh. The Director provided detailed information on the activities related to Census 2027 and released an official calendar outlining the census schedule for the state. The Self-Enumeration facility will be available in Haryana from April 16 to April 30, 2026. During this period, all citizens can enter their information on the Self-Enumeration portal from their homes using mobile phones, tablets, or computers. ਹਰਿਆਨਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਗਣਨਾ 2027 ਲਈ ਸਵੈ-ਗਣਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਵੈ-ਗਣਨਾ ਕਰਨ : ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਅਸੀਮ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਘੋਸ਼ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 11 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਨਿਦੇਸ਼ਕ, ਜਨਗਣਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਪੰਜੀਕਰਣ (ਹਰਿਆਣਾ), ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਅਸੀਮ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਘੋਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਗਣਨਾ 2027 ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਜਨਗਣਨਾ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਸਵੈ-ਗਣਨਾ (Self-Enumeration) ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ 30 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਸਾਰੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ, ਟੈਬਲੈਟ ਜਾਂ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਘਰ ਬੈਠੇ Self-Enumeration ਪੋਰਟਲ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਖੁਦ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਲ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਪਹਿਲ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, 1 ਮਈ ਤੋਂ 30 ਮਈ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਮਕਾਨ ਸੂਚੀਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਮਕਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਣਨਾ (Houselisting Operations) ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਗਣਕ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਲਲਿਤ ਜੈਨ, ਨਿਦੇਸ਼ਕ, ਜਨਗਣਨਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦ...
