Sisodiya has been actively working towards promoting self-reliance among women for the past 25 years. A special mental health and de-addiction awareness program was organized at 13th Battalion CRPF Chandigarh 15 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On March 10, 2026, a special awareness program on mental health and de-addiction was organized at the 13th Battalion CRPF, led by Commandant Kamal Sisodiya. On this occasion, she personally conducted a session, educating CRPF personnel and local civilians about the importance of de-addiction and mental well-being.
