Foundation Stone Laid for Office and Residential Complex of Principal Directorate of Defence Estates, Western Command & Defence Estates Office, Chandigarh Circle The project will be constructed on a 4.( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The foundation stone for the construction of the office complex of the Principal Directorate of Defence Estates (PDDE), Western Command, and Defence Estates Office, Chandigarh Circle, was laid today, September 23, 2025, at Chandimandir, Panchkula by Sailendra Nath Gupta, IDSE, Director General of Defence Estates (DGDE). He has completed his entire education from Chandigarh. Commissioned in the Indian Army on 6 September at the rank of Lieutenant after completing 120th course from OTA, Chennai. Abhimanyu completed his BA Honors LLB, LLM from Punjab University Chandigarh in 2024. His father, Dr. Satyawan Paulist, retired from the Indian Air Service as a Sergeant and is currently a Professor in the English Department at the Post Graduate Government College, Sector 46, Chandigarh.
