ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ 'ਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ, ਜਨਹਿਤ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ 'ਚ ਧਰਮ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਵੈਲੀਡਿਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਉੱਠੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 8 ਮਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ "ਜਗਤ ਜੋਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ (ਸੋਧ) ਐਕਟ" 'ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਹੋਰ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਜਨਹਿਤ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ (PIL) ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਕਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਬੂਹਾ ਖੜਕਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਸੋਧ ਐਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਮੂਲ ਭਾਵਨਾ, ਧਰਮ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਹਿਸ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 14 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ "ਦਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰੀਵੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਆਫੈਂਸਿਜ਼ ਅਗੇਂਸਟ ਹੋਲੀ ਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਚਰਸ ਬਿੱਲ-2025" ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਕੁਰਾਨ ਮਜੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਦ ਭਗਵਦ ਗੀਤਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ...

ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਲਾਇਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੁੱਤੀ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 8 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਲਾਇਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 6 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੁੱਤੀ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਤੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਫੌਜਦਾਰੀ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਜਰਨਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੱਪਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਰਵ ਉੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜੋਰਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਜਰਾਓ ਮੰਦਰ ਸਬੰਧੀ 16 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੀਫ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬੀ ਆਰ ਗਵਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮੰਦਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਕਤ ਵਕੀਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ...

  ਨਵਾਂਗਾਓਂ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਈਕੋ ਸੈਂਸਟਿਵ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਦੇ 3 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਣਗੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲੀਗਲ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਐਨ. ਕੇ. ਵਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਨਵਾਂਗਾਓਂ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵਾਂਗਾਓਂ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਕੋ-ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਦਾ ਘੇਰਾ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 3 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ’ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ਦਾ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਵਕੀਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਐਨ.ਕੇ. ਵਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਘੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਅਨੂਪ ਵਰਮਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਬਾਲਿਆਨ, ਸਰਵੇਸ਼ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਵਿਪਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਬਾਵਾ, ਸੀ.ਕੇ. ਜਾਂਗੜਾ, ਗੰਗਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੋਪੇਰਾ, ਰਾਮ ਬਿਲਾਸ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਪਰਵੀਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਰੋਹੀਲਾ, ਆਨੰਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਗੌੜ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਨਾਮਵਰ ਵਕੀਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕੀਤੀ | ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਕੀਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਵਾਂਗਾਓਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕਮੁੱਠਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤ ’ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ, ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤ...
