ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਲਾਇਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੁੱਤੀ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 8 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਲਾਇਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 6 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੁੱਤੀ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਤੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਫੌਜਦਾਰੀ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਜਰਨਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੱਪਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਰਵ ਉੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜੋਰਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਜਰਾਓ ਮੰਦਰ ਸਬੰਧੀ 16 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੀਫ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬੀ ਆਰ ਗਵਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮੰਦਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਕਤ ਵਕੀਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ...
