ਪਦਮਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ’ਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਮਸਲਾ ਉਠਾਇਆ, ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਫੀ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ/ਪੰਜਾਬ 3 ਫਰਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆਵਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪਦਮਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਖਿੱਚਦਿਆਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਮੋਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਉਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ, ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਕਰਨੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ—“ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਤਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਾਇਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ,” ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ 2025–26 ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਰੀਬ 15 ਲੱਖ ਸਕੂਲ, ਲਗਭਗ 25 ਕਰੋੜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਤੇ 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਠੋਸ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਰਹੇ। ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਦੇ ਅੰਕ...
