ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਮਸਲਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਤੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਪੂਰਕ ਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਮੰਗ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ/ਪੰਜਾਬ 11 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਮੰਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ‘ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜਤਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਪੂਰਕ ਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਚਰਚਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸੰਸਥਾਗਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੱਦ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ, ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਂ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਾਟਕੀ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਅਤੇ ਸੰ...
