Chandigarh 7 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A dignified Chair Passing Ceremony was held today at Ramgarhia Sabha (Regd.), Chandigarh. The event was graced by the Speaker of Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Kultar Singh Sandhwan, as the chief guest. Outgoing President Dr. Harcharan Singh Rannauta formally handed over the responsibilities to the newly elected President Manvinder Singh Rannauta. In his address, Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan stated, "The true strength of any community lies in the unity of its organizations and the commitment of its leadership. Ramgarhia Sabha has been making commendable contributions to society for a long time." Manvinder Singh Rannauta, the newly appointed president, said, "I consider this responsibility an opportunity to serve.
