Atrocities on fake eunuch Pooja are increasing day by day, police is only registering cases and getting by : Jyoti Mahant

S.A.S.Nagar 5 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali) district, for the last many years, only one demand is being made to S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali) police and administration that atrocities by fake eunuchs are continuously increasing in Mohali-Kharar and fake eunuchs are getting their disciples on rent and are getting me and my disciples attacked and I am being stopped from receiving greetings in my own area, not only this, recently his disciple had gone to his own area to receive greetings when Pooja alias Shakir, who was posing as fake eunuch, and his other disciples attacked him and beat him up. Not only this, the attackers also threatened to kill him and his Guru Jyoti Mahant, after which a complaint was lodged with the police and after the doctor's report, a case was registered against Pooja Mahant, Tulsi, Jasnoor, Kajal Jatt under several sections 115 (2), 126 (2), 1351 (2), 117, 109, 61 (2), 191 (3), 190, BNS in Police Station City Kharar on 5 July 2025, but it is surprising that even after such a serious case has been registered, the attackers have not been arrested yet and they are continuously threatening to kill the disciples. The above information was given while addressing a large group of media through a press conference held in Mohali today. Jyoti Mahant's disciple Ran Singh, who lives in Mundi Kharar and participates in social work, said that written complaints have been made to the Mohali local police from time to time against the atrocities committed by the fake eunuch Pooja Mahant, but the police is limited to only registering cases against him for various crimes and no legal action has been taken against him. Jyoti Mahant alleged that she also met DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar of Mohali Ropar Range regarding the complaint of the recent deadly attack, but the DIG did not show seriousness on the matter, after which she came to know that the attackers are saying the opposite that no matter how many recommendations you make, we are straight with the DIG, nothing is going to happen. Jyoti Mahant and his team members, while answering media's questions, said that when they saw that the local Mohali police and even DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar were not showing seriousness on their case, on the contrary, they were only listening to the attackers, so they complained about the matter in writing to the BOI Bureau of Investigation Punjab. Jyoti Mahant said that he and his team are hopeful that they will definitely get justice from the BOI and legal action will definitely be taken against the fake eunuch Pooja Mahant. Jyoti Mahant, while answering media's questions, said that for years they have been demanding an investigation about the fake eunuch Pooja Mahant and about his disciples so that people as well as the Mohali administration will know who is the real and fake eunuch, but the matter is not being taken seriously due to which atrocities on Pooja are increasing day by day. Jyoti Mahant said that he is a government witness in a case of atrocities by Pooja due to which she pressurizes him to withdraw from the testimony and is doing some kind of criminal activities every day and is threatening to kill him and is attacking his disciples. He told that not one but dozens of cases have been registered in Kharar-Mullanpur police station on the complaints given by him against Pooja Mahant, but even after that the police is not taking any action.

Demand to get the case investigated by CBI

S.A.S.Nagar. Jyoti Mahant said that medical examination of fake eunuch and his disciples should be done and this can be possible only when the investigation of the case is handed over to CBI and if CBI and the investigation agency constituted by the Center investigate the case seriously, then the truth will come out and the people along with the S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali) administration will also know who is the real and fake eunuch.

I should be given justice, there is a threat to my life from Pooja Mahant and her disciples

S.A.S.Nagar. Jyoti Mahant, in front of media, appealed to the Prime Minister of the country, Punjab CM, Punjab DGP for justice and demanded that justice be provided to her because she is facing threat to her life from Pooja Mahant and her disciples. Jyoti Mahant said that case number 62 is registered against Pooja Mahant on which she herself has become a government witness. Therefore, she is suffering the collusion of S.A.S.Nagar(Mohali) local police and DIG Harchan Singh Bhullar and she does not expect any justice from the local police.

How did Jyoti Mahant/Guru get Guru Gaddi

Jyoti Mahant told that in the year 2011, in a very big scheme of the society, the guru of the transgender community, who was made the area and the Gaddi Nashin of the old Guru Ran Singh of the transgender community, was made the area and the Gaddi Nashin of the transgender community.
