"Dandiya Nights" at the "Niagara Falls-Mermaid Carnival" from September 26, 2025 to October 1, 2025

Chandigarh 27 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : To mark the auspicious occasion of Sharadiya Navratri, Jindal Events is organizing Dandiya Nights from September 26, 2025 to October 1, 2025 at the "Niagara Falls-Jalpari Carnival." As soon as the 6-member dance troupe started dancing to the tunes and songs of DJ at the Exhibition Ground in Sector 34, the atmosphere of the carnival became lively. The visitors, especially the youth, could not stop themselves from dancing and reached the Dandiya dance floor and danced with the dance troupe.People danced enthusiastically during this time. The entire fair ground was filled with people dancing to Bollywood songs. Songs like Baje Re Baje Dhol, Kaal Ke Panj Se Mata Bachao, Garbe Ki Raat Hai, etc. added to the festivities. As time passed, the atmosphere became lively. Children, young and old all danced with great enthusiasm. When the colourful sticks collided with each other, the joy reached the sky. No one knew when the time passed in the dance and fun.
Jindal Events Director Ashok Sharma and organizer Suresh Kapila stated that they strive to provide something new to entertain the audience each time. Previously, concepts like Singapore Airlines, UFO, and Snow World have entertained and thrilled visitors. Now, on the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Dandiya Nights are being organized from September 26th to October 1st. Suresh Kapila said, "The carnival offers a wonderful evening. You can come here not only with friends but also with family to create memorable moments. Full of color and fun, the carnival is packed with amusement rides. A day of fun here is sure to be filled with joy." You can also enjoy a variety of dishes at the food stalls. Additionally, approximately 10 rides have been installed for both children and adults. These rides include the Dragon Wheel, Columbus, Break Dance, Mickey Mouse, Dragon Train, Giant Wheel, Scary House, and Merry-Go-Round, among others. Therefore, all rides have been fitness tested. Ayodhya Prakash stated that the entry fee for the carnival, which begins today, August 13, 2025, is ₹60 per person. Entry to the Mermaid Dome is ₹100. The carnival will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Stalls selling all kinds of items, including readymade garments, terracotta sculptures, Rajasthani pure gachak, wooden designer furniture, Panipat handlooms, Badoi carpets, Kashmiri warm clothing, and magnetic acupressure machines, books, and swings for children's entertainment are available. According to him, the carnival has comprehensive security measures in place. CCTV cameras have been installed throughout the carnival. Fire safety equipment is also available to prevent any untoward incidents.
