32nd Senior Circle Kabaddi Championship Concludes
Chandigarh 13 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Haryana bagged the final titles in both men and women category of 32nd National Men’s and Women’s Championship of Circle Kabaddi. The championship was held from October 11 to 13, which concluded here today. The third day’s matches were inaugurated jointly by the President of the Amateur Circle Kabaddi Federation of India and former Mayor, Davesh Moudgil and General Secretary J.P. Sharma. On this occasion, former DGP of Punjab, IPS Chandra Shekhar was present as a special guest. After the semi-final and final matches of the championship, former Mayor and President of the Amateur Circle Kabaddi Federation of India, Davesh Moudgil congratulated the winning teams. He extended congratulations to the winners and best wishes for the future to those teams which could not win the competition. Davesh Moudgil said that players from all states have demonstrated their game on the field with complete discipline and excellent sportsmanship. He said that very soon, the Amateur Circle Kabaddi Federation of India will organize a Federation Cup in future in which more teams will be invited. He expressed thanks and gratitude to the Federation, the executive committees of the states across the country, Panjab University administration, Chandigarh administration and Chandigarh Police for their contribution in organizing the 32nd Senior Men’s and Women’s Circle Kabaddi Championship.
