Dr Harinder Singh Bedi awarded for his contribution in cardiovascular sciences
S.A.S.Nagar 15 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Dr Harinder Singh Bedi, cardiovascular sciences director at Park Hospital Mohali was awarded for his contribution in cardiovascular sciences. He was handed over the award by Ravinder Singh, Minister of Social Welfare, Cooperation and Elections New Delhi during a national level cardiac sciences seminar by Voice of Healthcare- BEAT 2025 in New Delhi recently. Dr Bedi was awarded for his commendable work in vascular and thoracic surgery and new innovations, which have found name in Limca Book of World Records three times. He has done commendable work in beating heart surgery, a game changer operation which has remarkably reduced the risk of heart surgery along with a major reduction in cost and made complex heart surgery available at the doorsteps of the common man.
