S.A.S.Nagar 15 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Dolphin PG College, came alive with vibrant colours, music and youthful energy as students celebrated their annual Freshers’ Eve, ‘Shangri-La 2025’. The event marked an evening of cultural diversity, enthusiasm and togetherness. The celebration was graced by Dr. Vinod Mittal, Chairman of Dolphin PG College, as the Chief Guest.
