PIB Jaipur Journalists’ Delegation Visits Science City in Kapurthala Chandigarh/Kapurthala 21 February ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A delegation of journalists from the Press Information Bureau, Jaipur, visited Science City in Kapurthala. On the occasion, the Public Relations Officer of Science City, Mr. Ashni Kumar, stated that with the aim of fostering a scientific temper and nurturing curiosity and innovation among students and the general public, Science City has been established across 72 acres on the Jalandhar–Kapurthala road. It is the largest science initiative of its kind in the country, primarily dedicated to popularizing science through the concept of “edutainment” (education blended with entertainment). Chandigarh 21 February ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Shakti Prakash Devshali, Prakoshth and Department In-charge of the Bharatiya Janata Party and former Councillor, strongly condemned the protest by Congress workers, who removed their shirts at the AI Impact Summit held at Bharat Mandapam under Rahul Gandhi's directions. He described it as the new lowest level of political stunts.
Devshali stated that while the entire world was watching India host the AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam, appreciating India's growing global leadership in technology and innovation, and as the Prime Minister of India views AI as the nation's destiny and future, Congress made a despicable attempt to humiliate the country before the entire world. Rahul Gandhi and his party's leaders are tarnishing the country's image both inside India and in other countries around the world.
Devshali said that while the whole world is praising India's advancing steps on the path of progress, Congress is trying to shame the nation. In their lust for power, they do not hesitate to put the country's honor at stake. This move by Congress is nothing but a sinister attempt to tarnish India's global image. Devshali added that at a time when our youth and tech innovators are showcasing India's talent at the global AI Summit, this act by Congress is a cheap attempt to belittle India worldwide and an insult to the nation's 140 crore people.
