ਆਈਸੀਆਈ ਨੋਇਡਾ ਬਣਿਆ 14ਵੀਂ ਨਾਰਥ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਪੈਟਿਸਰੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ 2026 ਦਾ ਓਵਰਆਲ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਵਿਵੇਕ ਅਤਰੇ ਨੇ ਜੇਤੂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 12 ਫਰਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੈਕਟਰ-42 ਸਥਿਤ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ ਹੋਟਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ (ਸੀ ਆਈ ਐਚ ਐਮ) ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ 14ਵੇਂ ਨਾਰਥ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਪੈਟਿਸਰੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 2026 ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਸਮਾਪਨ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਡਿਅਨ ਕਲਿਨਰੀ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ (ਆਈਸੀਆਈ) ਨੋਇਡਾ ਨੂੰ ਓਵਰਆਲ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸੀ ਆਈ ਐਚ ਐਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਯੂਐਸ ਹਾਈਬੁਸ਼ ਬਲੂਬੈਰੀ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸੱਤ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਸੰਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ 17 ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾ ਇਹ ਰਹੀ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੂਐਸਏ ਬਲੂਬੈਰੀ ਦੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਮਾਪਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਾਮ ਵੰਡ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੂਰਵ ਆਈਏਐਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਮੋਟੀਵੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਵਿਵੇਕ ਅਤਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੀ ਆਈ ਐਚ ਐਮ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕਾਲੀਆ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਤੂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਸ਼ੈਫ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਜ਼ਬੇ, ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ ਬਣਾਈ...
