Gujarat students conclude Punjab visit under Yuva Sangam, meet Governor Gulab Chand Kataria Chandigarh 29 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A delegation of 47 students from Gujarat hosted by the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali, as part of the week-long Yuva Sangam cultural exchange programme met Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria before departing for their home state.
