A Food Festival was organized to acquaint students with better service practices in the hospitality sector CIHM Principal Vishal Kalia also shared important tips with the students Chandigarh 31 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A special food festival was organized today at Aerofly Institute located in Sector-17. The main objective of this event was to familiarize students with effective service techniques in the hospitality industry. During the festival, students not only prepared a variety of dishes but also demonstrated how to serve guests in a professional manner. Around 25 students enthusiastically participated in the event and showcased their cooking and presentation skills. The institute’s director, Rahul Salaria, stated that Aerofly Institute provides professional training not only in hospitality but also in air hostess, travel, and retail sectors, enabling students to prepare for diverse career opportunities.
