The main objective of this event was to familiarize students with effective service techniques in the hospitality industry. During the festival, students not only prepared a variety of dishes but also demonstrated how to serve guests in a professional manner. Around 25 students enthusiastically participated in the event and showcased their cooking and presentation skills. The institute’s director, Rahul Salaria, stated that Aerofly Institute provides professional training not only in hospitality but also in air hostess, travel, and retail sectors, enabling students to prepare for diverse career opportunities. Chandigarh 31 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A special food festival was organized today at Aerofly Institute located in Sector-17. The main objective of this event was to familiarize students with effective service techniques in the hospitality industry. During the festival, students not only prepared a variety of dishes but also demonstrated how to serve guests in a professional manner. On this occasion, Vishal Kalia, Principal of Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (CIHMCT), attended as the chief guest. He was accompanied by a team of senior chefs and also shared valuable tips with the students. Appreciating the efforts of the students, he said that such events bring students closer to real-world work experiences and help boost their confidence. Bindu Singh, Neha Sharma, Sonia Sharma, Neha, and Navdeep were also present at the event.The program concluded successfully with students’ presentations and inspiring thoughts shared by the guests.
