Consumers Association, Chandigarh Demands Strict Action Against Illegal LPG Refilling and Black Marketing Chandigarh 26 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Consumers Association Chandigarh has expressed serious concern over the alleged illegal refilling and black marketing of LPG gas cylinders operating in the city and nearby areas following the recent fire incident in Sector-45. The association has demanded a high-level inquiry into the matter and strict action against those responsible. Association General Secretary N.K.
