Air Quality Concerns Dominate Lok Sabha as Chandigarh MP Manish Tewari Demands Clear Govt Plan New Delhi/Chandigarh 9 February ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Taking up the crucial issue of the Air Quality and Government Strategy to Prevent Air Pollution in Lok Sabha, Chandigarh MP Manish Tewai, asked the Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bhupinder Yadav, about the reasons for the failure to prevent the Air Quality Index in National Capital.  In his query, listed as question number 137, Tewari had pointed out that the region remained at severe levels-around 400 or above for nearly three consecutive months-despite the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) and the specific lapses identified in its implementation or enforcement. Hansa Legends Set the Pace in Group B as Panchkula Golf League Season 2 Reaches Key Stage on Day 6

Panchkula 9 Feburary ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Day 6 of the Panchkula Golf League (PGL) Season 2 marked an important phase for Group B, with all teams completing three matches each. This milestone has allowed the standings to reflect sustained and consistent performance rather than isolated match results, bringing greater clarity to the competition.

Hansa Legends currently lead Group B with 1,071 points, maintaining a narrow advantage over Tee Birds, who are close behind on 1,060 points. Golfing Eagles (1,032) and Par-Tee Crashers (1,027) continue to stay firmly in contention, forming a strong leading quartet at the top of the table.

Further down the standings, Victory Waves have accumulated 918 points, followed by Fantastic Fours (892), Raging Bulls (890) and Golfing Panthers (868). While the table reflects a competitive balance across the group, a clearer split is now visible, with the top four creating some early separation from the rest of the field.

The revised league framework, which places emphasis on delivering consistent performance across all 18 holes, along with regular handicap revisions based on the par threshold system, is beginning to show its impact. These changes are expected to make the upcoming fixtures even more competitive and demanding.

With margins still slim at the top and several positions open to change, Group B is poised for a closely contested and exciting phase as the Panchkula Golf League Season 2 progresses.
