NBF Celebrates Navratri With Divyangjan Under Mission Aparna Shakti Chandigarh 27 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri and Ram Navami, Navya Bharat Foundation (NBF Bharat), under its “Mission Aparna Shakti,” celebrated this sacred festival with specially-abled (Divyang) children at Samarth Jiyo Ashram, Sector 15, Chandigarh.
