The main objective of this event was to familiarize students with effective service techniques in the hospitality industry. During the festival, students not only prepared a variety of dishes but also demonstrated how to serve guests in a professional manner. Around 25 students enthusiastically participated in the event and showcased their cooking and presentation skills. The institute’s director, Rahul Salaria, stated that Aerofly Institute provides professional training not only in hospitality but also in air hostess, travel, and retail sectors, enabling students to prepare for diverse career opportunities. ਫੂਡ ਫੈਸਟੀਵਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣਚਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀਆਈਐਚਐਮ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕਾਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 31 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੈਕਟਰ 17 ਦੇ ਏਅਰਫਲਾਈ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਫੂਡ ਫੈਸਟੀਵਲ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣਚਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਭਿਆਸਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਸੀ। ਫੂਡ ਫੈਸਟੀਵਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਕਵਾਨ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਲਕਿ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪਰੋਸਣਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਲਗਭਗ 25 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ, ਆਪਣੇ ਖਾਣਾ ਪਕਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸਲਾਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਏਅਰਫਲਾਈ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣਚਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਏਅਰ ਹੋਸਟੇਸ, ਯਾਤਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਚੂਨ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿਕਲਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ਼ ਹੋਟਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਐਂਡ ਕੇਟਰਿੰਗ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ (ਸੀਆਈਐਚਐਮਸੀਟੀ) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕਾਲੀਆ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ...

Warring thanks Himachal CM for reversing entry tax hike on vehicles Chandigarh 31 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today thanked the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu for reversing the decision to hike the entry tax on vehicles entering the state. Warring spoke on the phone with Sukhu to convey his gratitude. “I express my profound gratitude to the Hon Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvider Sukhu Ji for conceding to our request to revert the entry tax for outside vehicles, including those from Punjab, to the previous rate”, he said on ‘X’.  In other major relief to the residents of the border areas of the two states, those living within the five km radius of the state border will get free entry to the state, Warring said, adding that the HP CM told him that these passes can be issued by the respective SDMs/Tehsildars in the two states for all those living within the five km belt.

ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਚਾਲੂ ਕਰਵਾਵੇ : ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਆਲੂਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਬੇਕਦਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰੇ : ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 31 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਅੱਜ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨੋਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਆੜਤੀਏ 1 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਧਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆੜਤ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼, ਲੇਬਰ, ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ ਵਧ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਸਾਡੀ ਆੜਤ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਧੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਬੇਨਤੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਉਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਗੌਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚੁੱਪ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀ ਮੰਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਗੌਲੇ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਡੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ...

BJP Strongly Condemns Vandalism of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar's Statue in Hoshiarpur; Demands Strict Action Against Culprits : Hardev Singh Ubha Chandigarh 31 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Hardev Singh Ubha, State Press Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Punjab, has strongly condemned the incident involving the vandalism of the statue of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in Hoshiarpur district. He stated that this incident is highly condemnable and reflects the poor state of law and order in Punjab. ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੰਬੇਦਕਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤ ਦੀ ਤੋੜਫੋੜ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਖਤ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ, ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ : ਹਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਉੱਭਾ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 31 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਹਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਦਕਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ-ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਖਰਾਬ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਾਕਾਮੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਇੰਨੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਲਈ ਚਿੰਤਾਜਨਕ ਹੈ। ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੀਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੰਡ ਪਾਉ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਫਰਤ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉ...
