ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 31 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਤਨਾਵ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ 1158 ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਜੁਆਇਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਦੀ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਕੁੱਲ ਪੰਜ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਵੀਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਕਲੋਡ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਾਲਜ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਾਇਆ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਪੀੜਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗੁਜਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਸਯੁੰਕਤ ਫਰੰਟ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ 4 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਣੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਮਸਲਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਮਹੂਰੀ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਖੋਹਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਤਿੱਖ਼ਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਉਲੀਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਬੋਮਿੰਦੀਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਪ੍ਰਭਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਬਾਕੀ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹੇ।
