Chandigarh 16 December ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Karan Gilhotra, Chair, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), Punjab State Chapter, has been appointed as a Member of the State Advisory Committee of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) for the year 2026.
