This recruitment drive is being undertaken in alignment with the national agenda of strengthening skill development and enhancing employment generation within the textile manufacturing sector.

As part of this initiative, applications are being invited for multiple technical and operational positions including operator, weaver, stitcher, fitter, electrician, and other skilled roles. Selections will be based on the candidates’ qualifications and relevant industry experience. Trident has established a structured compensation framework to recognise varying skill levels and experience. Professionals with up to three years of experience will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹25,000; those with more than three and up to five years of experience will receive ₹36,000 per month; and candidates with more than five and up to seven years of advanced expertise will be offered ₹50,000 per month.
