ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 20 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਹਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਰਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਖਰਚ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੈਪਸ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ 814 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਾਹਣਯੋਗ ਕਦਮ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੜਕੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਈ ਇਸ ਰਕਮ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਜਲਦੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ₹46 ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ₹50.75 ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
ਉੱਭਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਰ ਮੋਰਚੇ ’ਤੇ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ, ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਇਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਾਕਾਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
