Map Project Launched in Atawa; Process for Legalizing 'Lal Dora' Properties Initiated : Jasbir Singh Bunty
Chandigaeh 17 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Today, the mapping work in Attawa village was formally launched by the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation under the 'Naksha Project'. During this initiative, the team commenced the measurement of the exterior dimensions of houses, which is being recorded via satellite using modern technology. On this occasion, the mapping work was inaugurated in the presence of former Senior Deputy Mayor Jasbir Singh Bunty, along with prominent village dignitaries—including Trilochan Singh Bunty, Nirmal Singh, Pal Singh, and Ashok Kumar.
As per the information provided regarding the 'Naksha' program during the meeting previously held at the Sector 42 Community Center, this initiative has been launched today in Village Attawa for the legalization of properties situated within the 'Lal Dora' limits.
This program is being initiated with a GT Survey, under which the outer boundaries (outer coordinates) of houses will be surveyed. All the residents of the village extended their full cooperation to the survey teams. Jasbir Singh Bunty stated that if any complaint or issue arises regarding the mapping program, it will be resolved on the spot on the very same day.
