The show will be on Feb28th & March 1st,2026 at Chandigarh Parade Ground

500 Dogs belonging to 30 different Breeds participating in the Pet Expo

Chandigarh 27 February ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : North India’s largest gathering of pet industry professionals, pet parents, and pets, “Chandigarh Pet Expo- Cpex 2026  &  79th All Breed Dog Show and 80th & 81st All Breeds pointed championship dog show going to be held on Feb28th 2026  at the Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh. It will continue till March 1st,2026   The timing is from 9 am to 8 pm. The show is being organised by the CAT Consult in association with Chandigarh Kennel Club, Department of Animal Husbandry, Punjab,Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) and Small Animals Clinicians’ Association (SACA). C-PEX 2026 will be inaugurated by Mr. Gurmeet Singh Khuddian Minister of Animal Husbandry, Diary Dev. and Fishery Department, Government of Punjab.

While interacting with Media Mr. Raminder Singh, CEO, Cat Consult said that the importance of pets is increasing with the rise in nuclear families and this exhibition will present a chance for all stakeholders to discuss various issues related to the welfare of pet animals. He also mentioned that Chandigarh Pet Expo a model for protecting birds and animals.

The event will showcase more than 500 dogs belonging to 30 different breeds participating in a 

series of fun events that will be judged by a jury of international judges.

Dogs have proved their vitality and worth over the hundreds of years of their co-existence with human society.
