Haryana CM’s Chief Principal Secretary Rajesh Khullar to Participate in Shri Sathya Sai Run & Ride – Walk and Cycle Rally
Over 1,200 Participants Registered
Event to Be Held on March 15; Participants Will Receive Participation Kits and Certificates
Chandigarh 13 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Chandigarh–Haryana, is organizing the Shri Sathya Sai Run & Ride – Walk and Cycle Rally on Sunday, March 15, to mark the 100th birth anniversary of Sathya Sai Baba. Rajesh Khullar, Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, and leading social worker of the region and devoted follower of Sathya Sai Baba, Sanjay Tandon, will also participate in the event.
Sharing this information, Dr. Sonal Chugh, spokesperson of the Sri Sathya Sai Old Age Home and Seva Centre, Sector 30, said that more than 2,000 people have registered to participate in the programme. The event is being organized under the guidance and supervision of the institution’s trustee and senior office bearers Dr. R.B. Kharb, Mahesh Dhir, Ajay Sharma, and Anand Yadav.
The programme will begin at 5:30 a.m. from the Sukhna Lake. Dr. Chugh further informed that participants will be provided participation kits and certificates, and refreshments will also be arranged at the end of the event. The minimum age for registration was fixed at 15 years, and no participation fee has been kept for the event, though individual registration was mandatory. According to Dr. Sonal Chugh, the sacred event aims to promote health, unity, and the spirit of selfless service. All devotees, youth, and citizens have been urged to participate enthusiastically in this noble initiative inspired by the teachings of Sathya Sai Baba.
