SAD receives major boost with 100s of Sarpanches / Panches and Zila Parishad / Block Samiti members joining the party in the presence of Sukhbir S Badal. (Thousands collect in support of the SAD in Patti) Tarntaran 20 March ( PDL ) : The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) received a major boost in this constituency with hundreds of Sarpanches and Panches, Zila Parishad and Block Samiti members joining the party in the presence of SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal. 15 days ultimatum given to the government

If concrete action is not taken against the culprits, the Valmiki community will stage a fierce protest at the national level.

Chandigarh 7 January ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A strong protest was held at Delhi's Jantar Mantar under the leadership of Sangam Kumar Valmiki, National Chief Director of Rashtriya Valmiki Dharma Samaj (RAVADHAS) Regd. and Delhi State President Pooja Ujjainwal regarding the Hathras-Uttar Pradesh case. National President/Founder Veer Dilbag Tank Adivasi and District Hathras-Uttar Pradesh case advocate Mahmood Pracha raised the demand for justice for the victim. National Dharma Acharya Shri Shri 108 Mahant Brahmadas Maharaj Ji from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab President Amit Randhawa, Delhi Secretary Kishan Kashyap, Uttarakhand National Publicity Minister Ashok Kumar, National Jhadu Sena National President Luv Kush alias Lakhan, Bhim Sherni Dr. Ritu Singh, Ram Singh Chanaliya Ambala Ji, along with all their workers, reached there and called for protests at various places in the country.

During this time, people mainly from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand participated enthusiastically. Sangam Kumar Valmiki said the entire nation is outraged by the brutality inflicted on a Dalit girl in Hathras. Demands are rising for the execution of those who committed this brutality. He warned the government that if appropriate action is not taken in the Manisha Valmiki Hathras case within 15 days, he will launch a national-level Valmiki Jago campaign across the country, reach out to every member of the community, gather all the issues of the Valmiki community, and boycott the current government everywhere. During the protest, Rajesh Parcha from Delhi, Sachin Kumar Valmiki District President Shahjahanpur, Nikhil Valmiki, Raj Valmiki, Ravindra Parcha Ghaziabad, Manju, Pradeep Puhal President Chandigarh, Vishal Ghaziabad, students of Jawaharlal Nehru University were present.
