With the efforts of Rajasthan Parishad, four couples made a new beginning
Chandigarh 13 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Four couples began a new life in a mass wedding ceremony organized under the auspices of the Rajasthan Parishad, Chandigarh, and the Shri Radha Madhav Seva Trust. Amid the traditional atmosphere of band music and procession, the bride and groom took seven rounds, bringing to life the sentiment of "Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam." At the event, community leaders, distinguished guests, and family members blessed the newlyweds and wished them a happy married life. The entire event offered a beautiful glimpse of Indian traditions and cultural values.
The organizers said that the objective of such mass marriage ceremonies is to promote the marriage ceremony with cooperation and simplicity in the society, so that needy families can also get the opportunity to marry their children with respect.He informed that the Rajasthan Parishad, Chandigarh, and the Shri Radha Madhav Seva Trust shared the entire cost of this mass wedding ceremony, sharing half of the expenses. Additionally, all newlywed couples were provided with the necessary household items for setting up their new homes, so they could begin their married life with confidence and dignity.
This effort of Rajasthan Parishad Chandigarh and Shri Radha Madhav Seva Trust was appreciated by the people present and it was called an inspiring initiative towards social service. The efforts of Raj Kishore, Anil Bagri, Bhupinder Kumar and P.K. Sharma were especially commendable in making this event a success.
