Announcement of the formation of the new executive of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Chandigarh
Chandigarh 24 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The annual convention of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Chandigarh, concluded successfully today. The convention was presided over by Pavitar Singh (General Secretary, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Punjab and Chandigarh). Representatives from various departments attended the event and discussed organizational issues in detail.
The new executive committee of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Chandigarh, was unanimously formed at the convention. The office bearers were announced as follows: Chairman: Balwinder Singh (Department of Engineering, UT Chandigarh), Vice President: Rajinder Singh, Jagmohan Singh, Digvijay, Mandeep Singh and Arun Kumar. General Secretary: Sardar Jaswant Singh, CTU. Joint Secretary: Shiv Murti, Education Department. Secretary: Babita Rawat, Ravindra Jaiswal, Iqbal Singh, Talib, Vinay Kumar, Tejbir. Press Secretary: Amit Kumar, NHM. Office Secretary: Balwinder Malik, PGI. Cashier: Inder Singh Poonia. Co-Organization Minister: Malkit Singh. Executive Members: Ramesh Dogra, Kali Ram, Balveer Ram, Davinder Sharma, Shashank Vij, Sanjeev Kumar. Chief Advisor: Ashwani Munjal (Retd., PGI), Legal Advisor: Bhupinder Singh Gill (Retired Bank Employee)The convention resolved that the new executive committee would remain actively engaged in protecting workers' interests, strengthening the organization, and addressing workers' problems. All members congratulated the newly elected team.
