Chandigarh 24 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The annual convention of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Chandigarh, concluded successfully today. The convention was presided over by Pavitar Singh (General Secretary, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Punjab and Chandigarh). Representatives from various departments attended the event and discussed organizational issues in detail.
The new executive committee of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Chandigarh, was unanimously formed at the convention. The office bearers were announced as follows: Chairman: Balwinder Singh (Department of Engineering, UT Chandigarh), Vice President: Rajinder Singh, Jagmohan Singh, Digvijay, Mandeep Singh and Arun Kumar. General Secretary: Sardar Jaswant Singh, CTU. Joint Secretary: Shiv Murti, Education Department. Secretary: Babita Rawat, Ravindra Jaiswal, Iqbal Singh, Talib, Vinay Kumar, Tejbir.
