Chandigarh 29 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Naseeb Jakhar, Chief Spokesperson of the Haryana Kisan Congress and President of INTUC, said that Haryana's farmers are helpless and helpless, partly due to the wrath of nature and partly due to the deep slumber of the Chief Minister's Nayab government. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini's double-engine government had promised farmers that the government would purchase paddy at Rs 3,100 per quintal.
