ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਡਾਵਾਂਡੋਲ, ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੱਖ਼ਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 31 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਤਨਾਵ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ 1158 ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਜੁਆਇਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਦੀ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਕੁੱਲ ਪੰਜ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਵੀਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਕਲੋਡ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਾਲਜ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਾਇਆ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਗੈਸਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਪੀੜਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗੁਜਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਸਯੁੰਕਤ ਫਰੰਟ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ 4 ਫਰਵਰੀ ...

Roundglass Hockey Academy’s Arshdeep Singh and Princedeep Singh Selected in the Indian Squad for FIH Pro League 2024-25 S.A.S.Nagar 31 January ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Roundglass Hockey Academy (RGHA) athlete Arshdeep Singh and Princedeep Singh were named in the 32 member Indian national team for the upcoming eight matches of the FIH Pro League 2024-25 which will take place in February at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium, Bhubaneswar. Both the athletes were regular in the Junior India Hockey team and have impressed the national coach with their performance in the ongoing Hockey India League to earn their first call-ups for the senior national side which will be captained by Harmanpreet Singh. CM never presented Punjab's case to NITI Aayog, so no hope for Punjab in upcoming budget : Bajwa  Chandigarh 31January ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) :  Ahead of the Union Budget 2025-26, the Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Punjab Assembly, Partap Singh Bajwa, on Friday, rebuked the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for failing to present Punjab's case in the NITI Aayog meetings. "Economic issues and economic disputes between states and Union government are discussed in the NITI Aayog meetings in the presence of the Prime Minister, Union Finance Minister, and Reserve Bank Governor. Punjab CM has never taken his position seriously. He has not even participated in the NITI Aayog meetings to present Punjab's case and safeguard Punjab's economic interests. ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਜਟ 'ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ : ਬਾਜਵਾ  ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 31 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਬਜਟ 2025-26 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ 'ਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਨੀਤੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ 'ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੱਖ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ 'ਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹਿਣ 'ਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਬੈਂਕ ਦੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ 'ਚ ਨੀਤੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੈਠਕਾਂ 'ਚ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੱਖ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਨੀਤੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਜਟ 'ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ। ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਦਾਸੀਨ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਅ...

ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਐੱਚਡੀ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 31 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗੇ 292 ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਪੈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਐੱਚਡੀ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਓਪੀਜੇਐੱਸ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਚੁਰੂ, ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਲਵਰ ਤੇ ਸਿੰਘਾਨੀਆ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਝੁੰਝਨੂ ਤੋਂ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਜਵਾਬ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ ਭੇਜਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ ਯੂਜੀਸੀ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਜ਼ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਸਵੱਟੀ ’ਤੇ ਖਰਾ ਨਾ ਉਤਰਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਜ਼ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੀਐੱਚਡੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਹ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਜ਼ ਨੇ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਡਿਗਰੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਐੱਚਡੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ 292 ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ਨੋਟ...

ਗਮਾਡਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਡਿਫਾਲਟਰ, ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦਾ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਵੱਲ ਪੰਜ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 30 ਜਨਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਲਈ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ) ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਲ 2013-14 ਤੋਂ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਡਿਫਾਲਟਰ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੰਗੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ) ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਵੱਲ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਕਰੀਬ ਛੇ ਕਰੋੜ ਬਕਾਇਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਨਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਮਾਉ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 8 ਵਿਚ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਵੱਲ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੰਜ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹਨ।ਜਦ ਕਿ ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 11 ਵਿਚ ਕਮਾਂਡੋ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵੱਲ 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 10 ਵਿਚ ਕਿਰਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 3 ਲੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 5 ਵਿਚ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਬਰਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਢਾਈ ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਜ਼ 3-ਏ ਵਿਚ ਪੀ ਡਬਲਯੂ ਡੀ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੇ 3 ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਟੈਕਸ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦ ਕਿ ਸੈਕਟਰ 69 ਵਿਚ ਲੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤੇ ਕਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 2 ਲੱਖ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ...
