Chandigarh 11 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The trophy for the Rishi Brothers T20 Cricket Tournament (Season 4) was unveiled today at the Chandigarh Press Club, Sector 27, setting the stage for the much-anticipated tournament scheduled from April 14 to April 17 at CricZillah, Derabassi. The trophy was unveiled by Sanjay Tandon, Member, Governing Council (WPL), BCCI, in the presence of noted Bollywood and Pollywood personalities Sachin Rishi and Rajiv Rishi along with members of the cricketing fraternity and media.

Addressing the gathering, Sanjay Tandon lauded the initiative, while terming such tournaments as 'stepping stones' for future cricketing success, emphasized more cricket in the region in promoting grassroots cricket and providing a competitive platform to budding cricketers. The organizers highlighted that the tournament will feature eight teams from across India, comprising players with First-Class, Ranji Trophy experience, and former IPL exposure. Adding star power to the competition, prominent cricketers such as Yash Dhull, Manan Vohra, Rishi Dhawan, Ankit Kumar, Sarul Kanwar. Sawastik Chikara and others are expected to participate, promising high-quality and competitive cricket.

The four-day tournament will be played in a league-cum-knockout format, culminating in the grand finale on April 17. With a total prize pool of around Rs 3 lakh at stake for the winners and runners-up, the tournament is powered by KS Real Estate, S. Tinku Cricket Academy, Gortonshire, Discovery Sports, Steadfast Nutrition, Sancon Redbacks, and Baikunth, Bhagawati Rice, Ishan wellness, Nutrition Velley, Kugelblitz Clinic.
