(Also calls for release of Bhai Balwant S Rajoana) Chandigarh 02 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Senior Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal today demanded that the Anti-Sacrilege Bill passed by the Vidhan Sabha in 2016 during the tenure of the Shiromani Akali Dal government, which was still awaiting approval of the central government, be ratified immediately. Speaking in parliament, Harsimrat Badal came down heavily on the Congress and it’s State President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring who proudly referred to former prime minister Indira Gandhi his mother. ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ 'ਤੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਸਖ਼ਤ, ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀਆਂ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਜਵਾਬ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 02 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 68 ਹੋਸਟਲ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ-ਕਮ-ਪੀਟੀਆਈ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀਆਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਦੇਵੇਂਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਾਇਰ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਵੈਧਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 28 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ, ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਖਾਮੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਤ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਇਤਿਹਾਸ, ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 50 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਪੱਧਰ ...
