Advanced Ovarian Cancer Treated with Chemotherapy, Surgery and HIPEC at Paras Health Panchkula Panchkula 25 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A 57-year-old woman with advanced ovarian cancer involving the peritoneum has been successfully treated at Paras Health Panchkula through a planned treatment approach involving neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy). The patient had been experiencing persistent abdominal bloating and discomfort and had consulted several doctors over a period of time. Her symptoms were initially attributed to acidity and other routine gastrointestinal problems, delaying diagnosis of the underlying disease. 25-Year-Old with Relapsed Leukemia and CNS Involvement Successfully Receives CAR-T Cell Therapy at Paras Health, Panchkula Panchkula 19 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A 25-year-old man with relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) involving the central nervous system has successfully undergone CAR-T cell therapy at Paras Health, Panchkula. The patient was diagnosed with Ph-negative ALL in April 2024 at the age of 23 and was treated under the BFM protocol. Following chemotherapy, he achieved remission and tested negative for minimal residual disease. In May 2026, he developed severe headache, nausea and vomiting. Investigations revealed that the leukemia had spread to the central nervous system, with cerebrospinal fluid testing confirming the presence of B-cells. His blood pressure had remained above 200/110 mmHg for nearly two years despite seven anti-hypertensive medicines at full doses.
