Chandigarh 10 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : SBI Officers Association Panchkula Module organised a grand Mehndi programme for women on the eve of Karva Chauth in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kurukshetra and Ambala. More than 150 women enthusiastically participated in the event, which emerged as a unique cultural celebration.
