Chandigarh 29 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Jasbir Singh Bunty, former Senior Deputy Mayor and Ward Councilor of Chandigarh, moved and successfully passed an agenda during the Municipal Corporation meeting to purchase at least 25 new small mobile water tankers for the city. He noted that the demand for water rises in many areas during the summer season. Additionally, the Municipal Corporation faces challenges in ensuring adequate water supply during religious, social, and public events.
