The patient, Surinderpal Kaur, resident of Morinda, Punjab, was brought to the emergency department of Max Hospital, Mohali, with a severe hand injury sustained while working with a sharp cutting tool. She had suffered complete amputation of the thumb, index, middle, and ring fingers of her right hand, accompanied by heavy bleeding and exposure of bone, muscles, and tendons.
