A meeting was held in Attawa village regarding the door-to-door garbage collection system. Chandigarh 26 February ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : An important meeting was held at the Community Center, Sector 42, regarding the new door-to-door garbage collection system in Attawa village (Ward No. 24) by the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation. Area Councilor Mr. Jasbir Singh Bunty provided detailed information about the plan to the residents present. The councilor informed that a one-day special camp has been organized by the Municipal Corporation's MoH office. The purpose of this camp is to make any corrections/updates to water meters, floors, shops, and other property details. The Municipal Corporation has already conducted a door-to-door survey, recording the number of rooms and area. ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੀਏਟਰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਉਮੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਤ, ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਨ੍ਰਿਤਯ (ਭਰਤਨਾਟਯਮ) ਲਈ ਵਿਦੂਸ਼ੀ ਸੁਚਿਤਰਾ ਮਿਤਰਾ, ਲੋਕ ਸੰਗੀਤ (ਵੋਕਲ) ਲਈ ਡਾ. ਸੁਖਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਬਰਾਡ (ਸੁਖੀ ਬਰਾਡ), ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਸੰਗੀਤ (ਵਾਦਯ) ਲਈ ਪੰ. ਵਿਨੋਦ ਪਵਾਰ, ਲਾਈਟ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਲਈ ਡਾ. ਰਿੰਕੂ ਕਾਲੀਆ, ਥੀਏਟਰ ਅਭਿਨਯ ਲਈ ਅਭਿਸ਼ੇਕ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਸਟੇਜ ਕ੍ਰਾਫਟ (ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ) ਲਈ ਸੁਬਾਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਗੁਹਾ ਨਿਯੋਗੀ, ਲੋਕ ਨ੍ਰਿਤਯ ਲਈ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਵਰਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ, ਕੋਰਿਓਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਲਈ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਚੰਦ ਕਾਲ੍ਹੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਈਫਟਾਈਮ ਅਚੀਵਮੈਂਟ ਐਵਾਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਐਸ. ਡੀ. ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ‘ਕਲਾ ਪੰਥੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ (ਓਲਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਐਵਾਰਡ)’ ਨਾਲ Prachin Kala Kendra ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਵਾਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਅਤਿਥੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕਟਾਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਕਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਨ ਦਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤ ਸਾਧਨ ਹਨ। ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤਿਕ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਣ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੈ।” ਅਕਾਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਡਾ. ਸੁਖਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਬਰਾਡ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੀਐਸਐਨਏ ਟ੍ਰਾਈਸਿਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਯਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਧਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ।
